Sinusitis Sick Syndrome

Sick Sinus Syndrome also called Sinus Node dysfunction is a clustering of abnormal heart rhythms thought to occur as a result of malfunctioning of the sinus node.  The sinus node is known as the heart’s pacemaker.  Bradycardia-tachycardia syndrome is a form of sick sinus syndrome and is distinguished by the heart beating fast and then slow, fast arrhythmia and slow arrhythmia.  During a sinusitis infection is a blockage of bacteria in the sinus cavity.  When there is swelling from a cold or allergy, bacteria attack the cavity lining, causing more inflammation.  The bacteria and mucus cannot be washed out by way of the cilia since the opening of the cavity is inflamed, making it difficult for it to escape, and the infection begins.  Sick sinus syndrome is a disturbance of the normal rhythm of the heart.  This is also related to sinus bradycardia, a condition where the sinus node is not functioning normally.  A sinus node is a collection of cells in the upper right chamber of the heart the generates electrical signals.

When a patient has sick sinusitis infection syndrome, a pacemaker is required to make sure that the heart functions correctly.  A sinusitis infection has many treatment forms.  Oral antibiotics and decongestants are frequently used.  These medications function by flowing through the blood stream to the area where the infection lies.  In the sinus cavities however, there are only a small amount of blood vessels, so a significant amount of medication cannot fully be distributed.  Nasal sprays are also used in bother over the counter and prescribed form.  Nasal sprays have difficulty working to their full extent since their particle size is too large to make it past the inflammation the opening and into the sinus cavities.

Sinus Dynamics is the most effective and innovative treatment for sinusitis that will clear up the infection and its symptoms.  Sinus Dynamics uses nebulized antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and anti-fungals in a 3.2 micron sized particle to rapidly fight through the inflammation at the opening of the sinus cavity to easily arrive and fight the sinusitis infection problem.  Since Sinus Dynamics medications are topical, there are little to no side effects and they stay in the blood stream around the sinus cavities.  Sinus Dynamics nebulized therapy is safe, easy, and has a 98% success rate in treatment of patients.  Call Sinus Dynamics today to discuss which treatment options are best to treat your sinusitis sick infection syndrome (877) 447-4276.
