Treat Chronic Sinusitis - Latest Technology Treats Chronic Sinusitis Before or After Surgery!
If you have been dealing with the symptoms of a sinus infection for longer than a few weeks, or suffer from several infections a year, you could have chronic sinusitis. A chronic sinus infection can last 12 weeks or longer, and is often much harder to treat than an acute sinus infection. Oral antibiotics are not often effective, as blood flow to the sinus cavities (the site of the infection) is restricted, and many people will have to resort to sinus surgery to get the relief that they need. However, there are effective treatment options that not only treat the infection, but help provide long lasting results, without the need for surgery.
Through the use of cutting edge technology and compounded medications and solutions, Sinus Dynamics™ is able to provide you with relief using one of three topical treatment options! Use the form below to get started and get into contact with one of our customer service representatives who will help you get on the road to relief today:
Sinus Dynamics™ offers a variety of drug delivery devices designed to deliver compounded medications and solutions directly to infected tissue within the nasal and sinus cavities. Unlike oral or intravenous therapy, our topical treatments offer low systemic absorption, greatly reducing the risk of side effects.
Using cutting edge technology and custom compounded medications and solutions, Sinus Dynamics™ has helped treat over 40,000 patients across the nation. We offer three different topical treatment options, that all allow patients to treat themselves at home:
- Aerosolized Therapy – Aerosolized therapy allows the user to deliver antibiotic, antifungal and anti-inflammatory medications directly into those hard to reach regions within the sinuses. Sinus Dynamics offers state-of-the-art aerosolizing devices that produce an ultra-fine 1.0 to 3.2 micron sized aerosol enabling the medication to travel through even the smallest of openings reaching deep within the obstructed cavities of the sinuses. Aerosol therapy is often prescribed for individuals suffering from sinus conditions, including nasal allergies and acute and chronic sinusitis. Our pharmacy offers three Nebulizer devices to choose from. The SinuTouch™, SinusAero™, and SinusAero Dx™ nebulizer devices offer lightweight portability. Each treatment is completed in approximately 3 to 5 minutes (for most medications).
- Atomized Therapy - Atomized therapy uses positive pressure to propel solutions deep within the nasal passages and sinus cavities. The NasaTouch™ Portable Powered Atomizer device, offered exclusively by Sinus Dynamics has the ability to atomize 2 mLs of solution in only 30 seconds with the capacity to hold up to 15 mLs of solution. As the solution is propelled into one nasal opening, the mist will travel through the nasal passages and deposit into the sinus cavities. The NasaTouch device can be used with physician prescribed solutions to be administered directly into the nasal passages and sinus cavities.
- Medicated Nasal Irrigation – Medicated Irrigation is often times prescribed for patients diagnosed with allergic or perennial rhinitis. While a patient irrigates, the saline and medicated solution saturates the nasal lining and washes excessive upper respiratory secretions and airborne allergens out of the nose. This maximizes mucociliary function which will improve sinus health and help impacted sinuses to drain. Medicated Irrigation, however will not address infection or inflammation deep within the sinus cavities. Medicated Irrigation therapy typically only addresses the nasal passages unless the patient has under gone sinus surgery. Sinus Dynamics™ offers the ActiveSinus Saline Rinse brand which includes a preservative free, natural sea salt mixture. Unlike other brands, the ActiveSinus™ Irrigator bottle does not include an inner tube, which eliminates the concern of harmful bacteria collecting within the bottle.
At Sinus Dynamics™, the patient comes first. We are contracted with over 40,000 insurance companies nationwide to help provide you with your treatment at little to no cost out of pocket. Once your physician prescribes your medications, they will be shipped to your home in 3 to 5 days and a customer service representative will lead you through your first treatment, to ensure that you know how to properly set up your device and administer treatments daily.
